Exceptional

The ideal location 8 minutes walk from the 5th. Quiet street but close to restaurants, shopping center and beach. The perfectly equipped apartment with access to the rooftop pool. The parking space in the basement.

Exceptional

The location is fantastic, quiet and so in the busy part. Very good air conditioning in the apartment. And all looks great. Good shower. And spacious kitchen. Tasty beds. You can also walk from the apartment to the beach. Large swimming pool on the roof. Just a very nice luxury apartment!

A 2nd time in the same place! Its location, a beautiful condo with swimming pool, washing machine dryer, rooftop barbecue available on request, gym, parking, the apartment itself and top, the staff is very nice and always helpful, I had a WhatsApp contact for Melanin, any questions or needs we had, she answered! The sofa bed for our children was already ready when we arrived! Everything was perfect, we will come back

Just to nitpick a little, heat the pool!

Good internet but maybe overpriced

Beautiful property with nice finishes and amenities. Quality build. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable. Easy to use AC and TV. I liked that the room had a water filter but I would recommend checking the filter to see if it needs to be changed more often. Water was potable but not great tasting. This is obviously a small complaint. Would have been nice to have a a coffee pouch to use in the coffee maker. Aside from that it was great.

I felt it was overpriced. With taxes it was over 3000 mxn (175 USD). Which, considering time of year - August - and competition in playa seemed a bit much.
